This large cottage is the heart of Newfield Farm Cottages and has two main seating areas, a large open plan layout and access to the garden through a Large Bi-Fold Door. It is perfect for hosting parties or family gatherings due to the large amount of space and dining facilities.

Rose Cottage sleeps up to 12 guests and seats up to 20 guests on one long table in the main dining/living room.

Ground Floor

  • One king size bedroom with en suite shower and loo.
  • One king size bedroom (can also be a twin).
  • One bunk room with single bunk beds.
  • One family bathroom with bath, over bath shower and loo.
  • One separate loo opposite the bedrooms.

 

First Floor

  • One king size bedroom with single day bed.
  • One single bedroom.
  • One bunk room with single bunks.
  • One cot room with wooden cot.
  • One family bathroom with bath, over bath shower and loo.

Children & Pets:

Children of all ages are very welcome. Up to two dogs are welcome per property at a charge of £20.00 per stay.

Facilities:

  • Extensive enclosed gardens and play equipment.
  • Games room with games, toys, books, jigsaw puzzles and a seating area with flatscreen TV.
  • Outdoor undercover dining area with seating for up to 20 guests and BBQ area.
  • Ample on-site parking.

Technology:

  • Unlimited WiFI
  • Flatscreen televisions in both seating areas with selections of DVD’s and Freeview channels.

Arrival & Departure timings:

  • Arrival Fridays or Mondays from 4pm.
  • Check out is at 10am.
  • Please enquire if you would like an extended checkout or early arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
